I enjoy training clients for strength, building muscle and fat loss. But what really interests me is whole body strength and functionality.

Fitness sessions can be split into full body weight training, aligned with metabolic conditioning, or weights at pace. Training whilst anaerobic, which is shorter and more intense training.
