TRAINING OUTSIDE

I am training 4 to 5 clients a day outside at the moment. I’m basing myself in between the Tennis courts opposite the beach, where there is the bonus of a covered area. It’s a two minute walk from Braemore road, where you can still park for free any time except 10 to 11 am.

As long as it is not raining too hard, training outside is perfect, the exercise, the fresh air topped off with a little bit of people watching makes training fun and invigorating.

I can get you fitter and stronger with limited equipment. I can still use kettlebells and dumbbells and I am able to choose the right weights for you. You can progress as the stronger you get the heavier weights I can bring.
