I am now training online and it’s going really well. I thought some clients were sceptical at the beginning however the results have been fantastic. Equipment needed is minimal, one kettlebell if that is all the client has or a couple of dumbbells and of course if nothing else just body weight. I am actually training some clients more than usual as i suppose they have slightly more time due to them not travelling to work. Sessions have been weight loss, building strength, stretching and some rehab too . Typically clients who want to burn calories are burning about 700 calories a session which in today’s money is about a bottle of wine!!
